I called your Bangkok office this morning to make a formal complaint about my current booking ID No 65043815This booking is at KC Grand Resort Hotel in Koh ChangThe room is advertised as "Superior Sea View Villa"Price reduced from 10, 094. 74 Thai Baht 3780. 80 Thai Baht per day. When I arrived yesterday I was shocked to see I was being given 4mt x 4mt old wooden beach hut. See attached photo. To claim this beach hut is reduced from 10, 094. 74 per day is a joke. I returned to reception to complain. They offered me an upgrade to a suitable room, which I accepted. However the upgrade has cost an extra 900 Thai Baht per day for the two days of my stay (i. E. 1800 TBH)I have used Agoda hotels for many years, and never had reason the complaint before. However in this case I believe the accommodation being advertised is not only misleading, but fraudulent. I request Agoda take this matter up with KC Grand Resort as it undermines your reputation as a hotel booking agent.
