Please can someone kindly help me, since the beginner of April I requested for a upgrade from capped to uncapped ADSL. I was told sales cannot do it due to profile error, they then deleted my profile and created a new profile which then distrupted my ADSL and Voice line. Then they gave me a new no for an exchange which is not in my arrear, they used my address of six years ago. Too date I cannot get the problem resolved, also everytime I ask them to amend my address they say it is done, but when I call I get the same old address mentioned to me. I have stressed the urgency of this matter, but still no progress. My daughter as assignments to submit and cannot due to the ADSL not working. This is the 1st time in over 20 years with Telkom that I am facing such a issue. I would really appreciate if someone can intervene and resolve this issue for me. ACCOUNT NO: 453135870001

Dear All,
I received my account which stated that I am in arrears which is not the case. My contact number is 0123792201. I have paid my account every month as per usual at Checkers in Bougainville, Hercules. When I phone to address the issue and asked them to please check my account I was amazed by the rude attitude of the member at customer service who was very reluctant to assist me. I tried to explain that the problem was at Checkers where I paid as they made a mistake by using the wrong reference number. Instead of using 9202100013156662722 they use 9202100013150882722. The transaction reference number is 716797140596849570, not sure if this was deliberately or just by mistake of the cashier. I kindly request Telkom to reverse the payment against my account as I have paid it on 19 April 2017. Kind regads.

Upon contacting the call center, we were given a reference number, but when we did a follow-up as it was taking long we were told that it could take up to a month to sort it out.
