Hostel facility of VV Vanniaperumal College for Women – Virudhunagar in 1962 when our college was established, it was one of the very few women's colleges in Tamilnadu, the nearest one to Virudhunagar being farther than 40 kms. to the North and 100 kms. to the South. So hostel accommodation for the students belonging to the places around Virudhunagar was felt to be of paramount urgency. The same need for hostel still persists even after the emergence of many other colleges around Virudhunagar. VV Vanniaperumal College for Women – Virudhunagar there are 4 hostel buildings with 176 rooms, two spacious, modern kitchens and one infirmary. Each hostel provides newspapers, indoor games and LCD TV with C.D. player. Attractive menu is prepared and tasty food is prepared and served under hygienic condition. The mess bill comes around Rs.650/- per month. A lady doctor daily visits the sick girls. A few beds are available for the sick girls to relax. Usage of Mobile Phone is strictly prohibited. STD Telephone Booths are available in each hostel. Students are sent home every second weekend. Right from the beginning, the girls are trained to be disciplined and care has been taken to see that they are infused with human values like adaptation to new surroundings and living in harmony and co-operation with those around them. Giving a helping hand is instilled into their character and ample opportunities are provided for each girl to develop leadership qualities. The inmates of the hostels celebrate Hostel Day every year. Principal is the Warden; a senior teaching staff is the Deputy Warden.

Laboratories of VV Vanniaperumal College for Women – Virudhunagar separate laboratories for Physical and Biological Sciences have been set up for the use of student Teachers. Basic chemicals and instruments are provided in the Laboratories for the training of the student teachers to conduct Experiments required for high school and higher secondary Level.

Technology Laboratories of VV Vanniaperumal College for Women – Virudhunagar emerging technology oriented Instructional skills are very important for the student teachers. Hence audio - visual instruments such as TV, OHP, VCR, LCD, are used during the lecture classes.
