Yesterday evening, my new O General Split AC was installed by the technician of O General. Water started to come out from the AC just after running ten minutes. I complained several time to solve this problem urgently, but, still no body came to my house to solve the problem from the Company. While, it is branded new AC. I had called customer care for service of my o general split air condition on 27. 02. 15. On 28. 02. 15 two boys came for the service of my air condition. They were not even able to open the air condition. They have also broken a small part of the cover. On 02. 03. 15 I have again called customer care and given these details. Nobody has bothered to call back. It is the customer's duty to call again and again for the service. Today again I have called so that at least I can get the service on Saturday. The persons at customer cares asks me as to why did I send the boys back even after telling him that they were not even able to open the air condition. It is very pathetic that a company like General is having such persons for servicing who can not even open the acs. I wonder when will my air condition be serviced by the right person.
