I am I. Suresh retired Bank Manager. I have a service contract. My ID 1004680310 and the service is due from April2016. In March I received aSMS stating that the service is due. This time the cartridges are to be replaced. I have sent two mails and SMS and called number of times, but no response. Once Ms. Silpa madam called me and said that they have received consignment and by sunday the service will be done. This is a fortnight back. Till date no one attended. We are getting municipal water alternate day and getting tankers from private tankers and you know the quality of the private tankers. I purchased elegant RO from CSD on 8th. On the same day I informed toll free number 18002661177 for installation. The executive promised me that service technician will contact me with in 24hrs. So far no body contacted. Once again I contacted the same number on 10th and on 12th, nothing happened. I searched tried to contact the regional centres mentioned in the booklet. All are out of service. Today I sent SMS as advised by the call centre. I sent a mail to "info@eurekaforbes.com on 12th. Today I contacted 30527360 at 1015hrs. The lady who attended the phone told me that the technician will be sent today. But till 1800hrs, none either called me nor contacted me. I tried to contact again 30527360, none attended since 1630hrs. I am frustated with kind of service. I contacted 39883333 at 1800hrs. Again I was assured of attending with in 24hrs.

We have purchased Infiniti Water Purifier in 2012 and since then I have called for the two free services available within 12 months of purchase, but none attended till date. Pathetic services. They just want to sell off the product and do not turn back for service.

71496022 was the request # in May 2013 which was never attended and now it is 71878761. I have been following up since January 2013, but in vain.

Isnt this pathetic?

Pl attend guys, Eureka is not a small company. IT does carry goodwill due to which we bought the purifier without second thought, but now we are repenting.
