Aquaguard Compact model was re-installed on 21 st Nov 2015. Paid Rs. 350/-. Re-installation report and receipt for payment was not received from the Engineer. Secondly machine is not working. Lodge the complaint on the same day. Till 23 rd evening no body turned up. I need hard copy of operation Manual for this model. My complaint is that your Engineer should start the machine irrespective of any fault which was noticed during installation. He should contact immediately Service team and get the problem resolved. I spoke to Customer Care saying that re-installation means only to fit the machine on the wall and make the connections only or to put the machine in operation also. As a customer I need free service to put my machine in operation. I am not ready to pay visit charges at all. Pl think over and reply to me. My contact number Is 8600148875.

Every Poor service from Mr Bharat - 9021298552, he was brought in for installation of my E boiling from my old house to new house. He charged 250 for installation and 350 for installation. Also he was insisting for petrol conveyance extra. He does not have manners to talk to customer. Moreover after installation when water flow came in after an hour, there was connection burst from aquaguard pipe and water started flowing out. Immediately at around seven pm i called Mr. Bharat, he was very rude and told he will not come for serving the issue. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, ALSO WHEN I ASKED FOR RECIEPT, HE SAID AQUAGUARD DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY RECEIPT. A CHEATER.
