On 17/08/16 the purifier suddenly stopped orking and accordingly lodged a complaint on the helpline no mentioned on the machine. Complaint no.73863328. Had purchased acqua sure crystal uv on 04.11.2013 through jain traders, thane west. The machine was installed on 05.11.2013. However, the machine worked only for three days and is not functional since Friday i.e. 08.11.2013. Have made several calls to customer care / jain traders / sales executives, but only assurances are given that technician will come and visit our place, but no one has visited to check the machine. i had purchased your water purifier aqua sure nano. for the last few days i have various problems with your product.the latest is that the purifier suddenly stopped working. your technician visited and told that the adaptor is faulty. he has changed it and charged rupees 1500. the mfg year of the adaptor is 2010,on our asking why should we buy such an old product.the answer was these are the only ones available.
even after changing the adaptor the purifier is working very slow.in the last week i have spent almost 3100, but still the product is not functioning properly.
