I gave for repair of my Aqua guard machine. It has been taken to service center Even after ten days they have not contacted me or returned the machine. I was their telephone number, but could not find out the same now. They said the factory is in Madipakkam area only. I do not know the name of the company also. Hi there is overflow of purifier without pluging in the purifier. We called service Guy Mr. Senthil to fix it up, he said if we change the valve it would work. Once he changed it worked, but after that it again it is overflowing without plug in of the purifier. Please help us to drink hassle free water.

I am Arunkumar from Indra Nagar Adyar. I have purchased MAGNA RO UV HD model 14 months back. After fitting four months started problem my machine. I complained customer care. They sent for service. This services continue till one one year. Totally eight times sent services, till date can not rectified. BUt now warrenty period completed. Now your person asking 5000/- for service change of filter. BUt my machine started problem four months after purchased. When Minimum one year filter guarantee how will bare of my cost. Please do the step and change new without any cost. Otherwise I through it this machine, I will purchase any other brand. Again I want to say your service is very very poor. Today my water filter was serviced by your technician Mr. Narayanan. After servicing and fitting it back I have asked him whether it will leak (I had similar problem earlier))He replied it will not leak. And went away. When I swathed the machine I found it is leaking. Don't you have procedure for service what are all the various steps to be taken before handing the machine back to the customer You collect Rs. 7880 for two years AMC in advance (3 services per year) the quality of service is not up to the standard expected. In fact I have to spendat least 30 minutes to clean the area after your service personnel goes. Subramanian.

I bought this eight months ago, up to five months only it was working and after that i complained and serviced so many times, but again and again that same problem remains. I am most unsatisfied with your poor customer service and i am not satisfied with your product also. The problem is the water from aqua is so bad in taste and the cc level always shows very high value only. Repeated complaint and repeated service, but still the issue has not been solved. Outer filter is there and i changed the membrane also, but the problem remains, even my home tap water is in good taste to drink than this aqua water. Now i feel buying your product is total waste of cost. I need replacement of your product. So Do replacement as soon as possible.

I am most unhappy about your poor and negligent customer service. When you accept service charges for a year in advance and if you do not give even basic customer service you invent the word for it yourself. To replace a tap you took nearly three months. The motor or the power source stops quite often and needs a jerk to start. I blame your management only because they are too inefficient to enforce discipline in the subordinate force. For the last two weeks, water in your widely advertised Aqua Guard purifier does not show its face. I complained; I sent E-mails - you are mute and deaf. I have paid to you for the service of machine for April to March and I am buying water in cans for my use from the market.
