I have Aquaguard RO-Reviva at my address: 133/360 ka, naka hindola, aminabad road, lucknow. I lodged complaint on 12.07.13 at Dalibagh, Lucknow,Complaint number 0072210029, Cust ID 1004975477. The machine is under contract. Mechanic visited on 15.07.13, found that Memrane Filter is chocked,will be replaced with used filter(tester)not with new one.

Please look into the matter as the cartridge was changed in last week of May 2013 and after one 1/2 month the filtered got choked. Kindly advise them to replace filter with new one.
