I bought a stainless steel scillet a couple years ago model number DLFP-458 it works on and off pretty good some times and not so good on others, it smells funny when on higher heat like over 300 and sometimes it will only warm and not heat up at all the store where i bought it will not take it back so i am wandering what you guys can do about it, thank you.

In November I purchased a Delfino Blender Model DLBL-383 and the blades have stopped turning and appear frozen. The seller has stated they are not able or willing to help and to contact Toastess. For over a month I have called and emailed your company, but have received NO RESPONSE. A response if needed.

Hi, I had bought two Toastess's brand Cordless Kettles (Electric) 1. seven liters and used one for awhile until it died. I actually get them for my 98 year old grandmother who loves them and has me buy them for her. Then I had another one new in the box and when I went to use it, the kettle leaked. We have a Toastess popcorn maker and the clear loading bowl at the top (hopper?) seems to have burn marks on it as if the maker burn coils are too hot? can you explain?.

I purchased Delfino coffee maker model DLFC-381 August 21/15. The maker takes a least 1/2 hour to brew a pot of coffee. It has always done this since new. That seems to me to be very very slow. I am not satisfied at all.

Hello there, I have a Toastess slow cooker (not programmable) and the plastic knob on the lid broke off. I was wondering if I could buy just the lid or even better, if I could buy just the plastic knob part that I could screw into the lid as that is the only part that is broken. Please let me know as I would like to continue using my slow cooker, but without a lid it becomes impossible to do soThank.

I purchased a TGK760 Toastess electric kettle. After a few months the silver finish started peeling off near the top of the handle then shortly after that the handle started to come apart. The kettle will now not shut off automatically. It causes my wife to burn her hand, this is not safe. I have quite a few Toastess products in my home and have not had any problems with them. Can you help me solve this problem.

Hi there, I purchased a Toastess kettle approximately six months ago. It worked fine for a while, however it is at the point now where it does not function, due to the power button always snapping back into the 'off' position. The only conceivable way to boil water in the kettle is to hold the switch into the 'on' position, which is obviously impractical. I hope this is a problem that can be remedied, if not I find it unlikely I would purchase another kitchen product from Toastess.

Hi:I have a DLFC700 Coffee maker, and the carafe drips every time I try to pour coffee, I've tried everything, including taking the top off. Is this a known issue?In addition to this, the Carafe doesn't fit into the coffee maker unless I take the filter basket out a touch, that is I do not lock it in place like it should be. What can be done about this?thanks.
