I AM STILL WAITING ON AN ORDER I PLACED IN NOVEMBER. I WAS GIVEN AN EMAIL three DAYS AGO SAYING IT WAS HSIPPED AND GIVING ME A TRACKING NUMBER, STATING I COULD TRACK MY PACKAGE. THERE IS NO INFORMATION ON THE TRACKING SITE. THESE ARE CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND THERE IS ONLY two DAYS OF DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND NOTHING. TAKING three DAYS TO RESPOND TO MY EMIALS IS RIDICULOUS.
I do not even know where to begin. I ordered a ring, and and it was not the correct settings I had asked for. I called in, they offered to send out a second ring. I made sure they understood the stone settings/colors. The second ring came, again, incorrect. I then called BACK in, only to be told they would send me a pre-paid mailer and once they receive this ring would create yet a 3rd ring for me. It has been two weeks, and I still haven't received the mailer. I have no faith in this company, and I will make sure I let all my friend know NOT to shop from Limoges Jewelry.

I ordered a ring and a key ring for my daughter for her birthday and had it personally engraved i recvd and you cannot even see the engraving, it is toooo late to order my daughter anything from anyother site and I emailed and called with my problem and there are all foreigners working there hard to understand and they just tell me there is nothing that can be done, all i wanted was a small credit for my 50. 00 order like 10. 00, but they just kept saying there was nothingthey can do and to send it back? I cant I have no time to get my daughter another gift, I will call corporate to speak to an American or Foreigner I can at least understand. Thanks.
