I am the mother of a recipient of IHSS services, Asali Janssen, case number 0918197. I am writing to inform that we had an appointment for our annual IHSS review on Thursday, February 22, 2018, between 11 am and 12:30 pm. My husband took time off to be home with our daughter for the meeting. At 1:08 pm, I called our daughter's social worker, Pao Vang, and learned he was on vacation. I then called the main number, 874-9471 again and I was informed that another worker, Ms. Padilla, was going to do the interview. At 2:48 pm, I placed another call since no worker showed up. I requested to be transferred to the manager of Ms. Padilla and left a voice mail requesting a return call and to inform that my husband was still waiting for a worker to show up. Why is not it easy to find forms? I have been directed and redirected so many times and all I need is an add delete form for my new caregiver. Now I must waste gas to drive from Antelope to Rancho Cordova just to obtain a simple form. Oh and I called and wa redirected twice just to get an address to a website that does not contain a simple click to print a simple form. Hss-pa@saccounty. Net.
I am trying to contact with IHSS provider clerc hotline, but there are only several advertisings, but no option to speak with person, ask for w4, and transportation forms, I want to pay federal and state taxes, be paid for transportation, because I am working for two recipients 26 miles away one another, do not know what to do.
