Since two year i am using BSNL Broadband and landline connection twogather. First one year was working good. But last four months not working properly. I have raised a complaint, but they are closed the complaint without solving the problem. However we are not used the connection last two months totally, and we disconnected the wire from our modem, but without solving the issue bill came around 1900 each month. Now the total bill round 6000. (3months, April, May, June)
Just two weeks before few people came and fixed the problem, but i do not know whether its fixed or not because i am not using the connection. Please kindly take it off the bill amount for complaint period, and rest of the amount i am ready to pay. The main issue is there is no proper communication between we and BSNL.
