To, The General Manager, BSNL, Orissa Division. What kind of facilities is this, in a national level festival why the power plus for a "CALL" not valid for this day? Calls are not only made for wishing purpose it also made for official purpose. So do not implement or take full charges with power plus i,e 80p/min. It is alright for SMS, but it is not genuine for a "CALL". The charges hurt to the customer. "DEWALI" is a one day festival for Orissa people, but you cut down full charge 80p/min. For two days. Why? We suffer for two days according to your law.
