Reference to the above subject. I would bring to your kind attention that We are from Vision Motors Private Limited and we started new show room at Mallassey under Pathanamthitta Circle. We need four numbers of BSNL new connection. Two numbers we have received i.e 04682323650/660 and we applied for one new connection in the name of Vision Motors Private Limited at Mallassery, but no one transfered from Pathanamthitta outlet. Its number is 04682224077. We applied both application to BSNL Pathanmthitta on 10th of October 2014. Today is 05th of November 2014. No response and no action for sanction the same. Due to this daily complaints on regular basis for internet and also the existing telephones, we are facing more problems at our office. Please take immediate action for fixing the same maximum by 06.11.2014.

Sir, I got my telephone connection along with the broadband connection recently. I had opted for rupees 999 home combo plan, which claims to have a speed of minimum 512 kbps. But,i sadly want to inform you that i can only download or browse at a speed of only 150 kbps. So,please do the necessary requirements immediately. It is a matter of customer trust. I also cannot browse the net properly. I had informed about this matter to BSNL customer center in Pathanamthitta, but it seems that there is no use in informing them. So,please do the necessary requirements immediately. By your customer.
