I have purchased your Yamaha product Model number is YHT-196 with Serial number is T857656PR from Rajan and Co, Nagercoil, Tamilnadu on 13th September 2016. I want to inform you that I'm not satisfied your product because within this last seven months your product got faulty for two times and got serviced twice. I have been using Philips home theatre for last four years no problem occurred. I thought to upgrade to Yamaha and I'm totally disappointed with the product's performance and I regret for buying this. I'm telling you frankly that I wont refer Yamaha home theatre to anyone in future. I doubt you are providing original products or duplicates. I asked Rajan and Co in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, who is selling your products for replacement of the product, but they refused and saying Company is not providing that facility to replace. After the warranty period what I will do if the product get faulty? Need your opinion for this and Waiting for your prompt reply.

Here in Mumbai their is only one service center and that center is the most worst customer service provided to us. Their is only two numbers provided out of one is a landline phone who never picks up and one mobile number who is so rude talking with us. He doesnt have any professionalism how to talk wwith the customers. Yamaha is world wide brand and iif i would have known this i would have never ever buy yamaha product. I am too upset with this and above all their is no other number of yamaha for complaint. Please revert back and please take some severe action on the Mumbai service center person as soon as possible.
