I have a Tropitone outdoor dinette set that belonged to my parents. It is approximately 20 years old. They had an issue with it when it was under warranty where the finish came off the metal in chunks and had it refinished under the warranty approximately 17 years ago. I am experiencing the same issue with the set, other than chunks of the finish coming off it is perfect. I live in Nokomis Florida and would like to have it refinished, but do not know of a good reputable company to do so. I also want it done right so this does not happen again. My parents have both passed so I have no knowledge of who Tropitone had do the warranty work years ago. Do you do such repairs or know of a company near me who does? Any idea why this keeps happening? Thank you Linda.

These chairs are very dangerous. " More so for old people 73 years old" This is the second time this has happened, was replaced about three years ago. Did not get seriously hurt, hit my elbow on table ans scraped my knee. Took a few minutes for someone to help me up. This is some type of stress break and should not happen. Martin E. Mccauley

We are one of the leading ship supplier in Mumbai our monthly requirement is approximately 1000 case per month (All Flavours) can any one explain why the rate shoot up of about 20% is applied by tropican all of a sudden when there is no increase in the MRP what so ever, resulting in loss of my customers and going for some other brand example harvest real onjus, so kindly revert back on this one on urgent basis as their is no proper feedback from the distributors and tropicana people from Mumbai division.

Last year I purchased a Tropitone bistro table and chairs, and four swivel chairs from a local store in Holland MI, called Teerman's. In April we opened our pool area and I noticed several of the chairs had small scratch areas where the aluminum showed through. I contacted my salesperson and she put in a request for touch up paint with Teerman's Tropitone rep. The rep said the paint would be sent to my house. two 1/2 months later I have no paint, and the Tropitone rep is not answering the Teerman salesperson's calls or emails. I am very frustrated by this, and do not know whether I will purchase the sofa and tables I had planned for this year's deck enhancement from Tropitone. Can I get this paint directly from you?.
