Dear All,
How are you?

I write to you because I had a Telia phone contract last year when I was in Denmark. When I was about to leave from Denmark on September 2015, I closed my contract thru Telia customer service )by phone) and the nice operator confirm to me that my contract was closed. I also checked in a Telia shop if I needed to do something more about it, but they said that was enough. Today, after 7month I received a notification about missing payment from October 2015 to December 2015. Please find here below my detail:

So, I would like to understand why if I closed a contract on September 2015, Sergel per Telia notified me on March 2016 missing payment from October to December 2015?

I talked with the employee in the Telia store in the Nykøbin Mors yesterday, and he said, for some problems I have to talk with Brian. Today for talking with Brian ;I went to the store. But Brian refused talking with me when I said that I am waiting to talk with you more than 30 minutes, because your colleague said me that, and I cancelled my school because of this. He said if you do not get out from the store, I will call the police and when I said OK that´s better;he became angry and while he was hitting on the desk, led it to broke my glass. By the way if some of your employees do not like foreigners, they can put it as a sign on the windows. At the end you can check last day happenings by the camera of the store. By regards.

This is the your costumer since January and I'm suppose to pay the phone until 1st of October 2014 only, this is not right you keep getting money in my bank until now, I really want to complain this, from 1st of November 2014 your not suppose to get the money for the payment of my mobile because I already paid off of that, yes! the money that I'm using to call I understand, but its totally not right,and besides that I already cut the line since December , you took a money from my bank too much and I'm suppose to pay just the credit that I'm using and not the mobile phone, I can see also until now that I have to pay a big amount the 1st of Feb, I am not suppose to pay without using your line anymore, you're abusing. I'm complaining from Norway and I don't want to waste my time. My number was 28510646.
