There are no TV station numbers listed for the cable or other programs. Our other TV guide had station numbers listed on both sides of the program for the different modes of cable. What happens if we go on vacation for any amount of time? Can the guide by stopped by our local newspaper and credited or service extended?.

The Star Tribune did not deliver our TV Weekly this Sunday (Jan. 7). The name is Raymond Smith , 18798 Pines Way, Eden Prairie, MN 55347. Customer ID 86554. Could our subscription be delivered by mail instead of being delivered by the Star Tribune? When we do not get our Sunday delivery the wife gets very upset as she looks forward to the magazine every week. I know it's not your problem, but its hard to get hold of somebody at the Star to bring out another copy, so we miss a whole week.

Hello, My mother is 83years old and has a subscription to the magazine called TV Guide, your magazine sent her a subscription form and she ordered your magazine thinking that it was a renewal form for her TV Guide because your material looks similar to the TV Guide material. I know that it was her mistake, i know she will not be given a refund, I am upset that older people are a bit misled by this type of marketing, it is sad that your company seems to present your product that is a bit confusing to older people, my mother address is 410 South Jesse St, Christopher, Illinois.
