I've ordered many Rugged Ridge parts for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler Sahara over the years from Amazon. Ca (Canada). The mat black Bug deflector I ordered was shipped by Purolator courier and was supposedly delivered this past Tuesday July 3/18. Apparently Rugged Ridge shipped the $100 parcel without requiring a signature and the delivery person dropped it at the front door of my 23 story apartment building. If it was delivered it has since disappeared. I'm 66 and can not afford to replace this $100 item, but it should have been safeguarded with a signature on delivery. I'll wait before writing a review.

I recently purchase a Rugged Ridge Cargo Cover for a Jk four door. It is just as I expected. My question, " Do you have available extra 3M hook and loop strips and adhesive promoter kits? My wife and I both have JK four doors and would like to use the cover in either when we have our dogs with us. If not, I guess we can look at NAPA or the web. Please let me know the availability. I purchased an engine-transmission skid plate for a 2014 JKU, I ended up with two passenger side mounting brackets. I need a driver side mounting bracket to complete the install as soon as possible as I would rather not have to undo the work I have already done. I also do not want to to return the skid plate and get another as I have painted it to match my jeep. How do I get a driver side mounting bracket? Cell 404 384 3413. Ordered part 11142. 12 side marker light euro guards from jet. Returning parts, due to inferior cross bar welding. I think a monkey could have done much better welding of cross bars.

Hello, about six months ago I bought a Rugged Ridge hood lift for my 1987 YJ Wrangler. Well I finally got it put in under the hood. That went fine, but I ran into a big problem The last thing to put on was the struts on. I popped them on and were frozen? Meaning, they won't move at all? They appear to be extend out, but they won't retract down at all. I took them off the hood and tried to pull and push on them and they won't budge. I do not want to return them I'd just like them to work. Any suggestions I can try to get them to work properly? Thanks, BrianRifle, Colorado.
