I'm using your Disketch disc labeling and when I've type up a label and save it, it goes to my documents. To open it again I go to "open" and the documents are there including the ones I just saved. Usually when I want to open one again I highlight the document and the tab at the bottom that says "open". Only now when I tried to do that the tab at the bottom doesn't say "open", instead it says "load" and I can not open my document. Can you help?.

I've purchased and using copper, inventoria and express account to run a small retail business and its working out right. NCH to improve inventoria SELL STOCK to import ITEM SALES REPORT(csv file) from copper to save time from manual add item and sell Qty. I just made a purchase of Prism Video Format Converter and have a simple yes or no question about another piece of software, whether you carry it or not. BUT, getting through to you people is as difficult as my first romantic encounter if you know what I mean. On May 24th, 2018 I bought for photo paid the full asking price of $39. 00 plus fees I have a receipt which shows what I Bought Since purchase date May 24th, 2018 I eenuseingPhoto pad because the registration code provided to me by email wasn't accepted by your system, I email NCH with complaint of this matter and no one has contacted me within the 24 hours and may I add it been past 24 hours It not right that no one contacted me to provide assistance to provide me with a proper registration code to activate my services, when I paid full asking price to use photo pad and only use demo services, as of today I asking PayPal to refund full price due to the fact that NCH is negligent in providing customer satisfactory services when paid in full. And this is my second notice that attempted to get help from NCH. B.

Hi. What in the hell do I need to do for you guys to fix my problem? I have done what you asked by incurring even MORE expense and installing Windows ten on my server. And my USB modem is NOT WORKING with Dial Dictate. I am UNABLE to run my transcription service on my server at all. I can not believe the total lack of
customer service at NCH. You guys do not deserve to be in business. Is this how business is done in Australia? Sell a faulty product to the public then refuse to give out a phone number or take any concern toward the customer who paid you good money?

I purchased your Disketch software and it was registered Successfully. However, when I want to used Express Burn I am not able to use it because I am being asked again to enter my Registration Code. When I enter the code a second time I get a message saying that the code is incorrect. After I register the software once, why is it asking me again to do so when I am using Express Burn.
