On October three, 2013, I purchased three sets of Martha Stewart Collection ten piece Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware sets. I gave two sets as Christmas gifts and I kept one. I just opened mine today and the box is short the lid for the three quart covered saucepan, and the six quart covered stockpot with lid. What is the image code?.
I purchased a Martha Stewart Collection, Tufted Velvet Full/Queen Quilt in deep red - in December and just opened the package and put it on my bed and noticed that there are several seams in the quilt that were not sewn. This quilt was far to expensive to have this problem. I believe it may be too late to return it. I'm upset as the item is a $300. 00 item. I'd like to know what I can do to get either a partial refund or exchange. The store where I purchased it does not have any in stock and I do love the item, but not the poor sewing. Photos available. I purchased a Martha Stewart 7. five FT Alexander Pine Christmas tree from Home Depot. The marketing on the box states continuous-on technology. There is a section of the tree that all the bulbs are out. I have been trying for months to get someone to help me to no avail. I am so disappointed with this product and lack of attention to my numerous phone calls, getting transferred several times, leaving messages and providing my email to NO avail. I need someone to explain, why an entire patio set with 12 cushions that clearly state. Fade Resistant would be useless after only one total year of use. This set was purchased two years ago. The cushions are flipped weekely, the entire set is stored from Oct-April. I have contacted the Home Depot in Decherd Tn where I purchased it and the have contacted your company and I am told there is nothing that can be done. Dear Martha, I wish that for $ 120. 00 your sheets lasted longer than two months. You should feel shame. I also am sadden that when trying to locate you with my complaint I was directed to Macy which is were I purchased them. The pillow case band has detached in three washes, and wares in fitted sheet are also showing.
