I just got off the phone with a LocalPhone customer service representative. He was not overly concerned with my problem. The long and the short of it is that I am getting charged for phone calls to Chad, Africa that never go through. These calls tend to be over one minute, and because of this LocalPhone will not issue a refund. I have been a customer for around two years and these charges have been going on he whole time. I just recently asked for a refund for these calls for the last few months. At first I was told no refund would be issued. Afterward I was told one would. What I found out today is that I only received a refund for calls under one minute. I feel as though I have been deceived. Today I had another phone call that did not go through. I again was charged for two minutes. When I called customer service, I was again told it would be referred to their technical people. There seems to be no concern for customer service.
