For post graduates students, as the college is located on Alexandra Park next to the main university campus, the accommodation provided is on campus. The students are offered a variety of accommodations to choose from and preferences depend on a first-cum-first-serve basis. Since the length of a postgraduate course is generally 50 weeks, the lease is given for the same time frame with the facility being completely non-smoking and following a strict principle of self-catering. The accommodation areas provided are multi-cultural and students must be prepared to live with students from different nationalities. These landscaped slopes also make for the university playing fields as well as the Carter Lake duck pond. The three to four storey buildings are to one another. Individual colleges act as host for social centres and recreational facilities. To facilitate save commutes, vehicles and pedestrians have different roads. These fringe roads have a connecting underpass. It runs under the Alexandra Square from the east side to the west side.
