Considering I have just spent more than an hour trying to resolve this matter with Customer Service I have decided to give you my complaint. Since this is so difficult to resolve maybe it would be best to ask for the return of my money as it is nearly impossible to get any help or find any help. I also realized after that unless I contact you in a year to cancel this membership I will be automatically billed. Considering the effort I have made this evening to contact someone I would just as well continue to purchase my books as I have been doing. 1. Kobo loses all books when it is powers off. 2whe syncing notice comes up that an error has occurred, to try later. Does not work.
