I have bought at least six of your handbags and all of them had peeled. It's not due to me being rough on my handbags, it's because of the cheap material. I know it's not real leather, but the handbag has not lasted not more than a year. Some I have purchased from QVC (which were not cheap) and some from stores. I just feel like we should get some money back for the defective handbags.

I have had several handbags that fell apart. These bags were never used, and when I went to get them out of my closets, all of the outside lining came apart. Very disappointed in the quality. I lost about $759. 00 worth of merchandise. I had several bags that this happened to, it wasn’t just an isolated case. This tells me that the quality of these bags are very poor. I would appreciate if the company could reimburse me for the loss that I incurred by buying your handbags.

I have purchased many of Kathy's handbags, and I am truly disappointed in the fact that I have had to literally thrown away brand new bags, still with the tags on them, from them peeling. I have made several attempts to reach your customer service department, in order to get information regarding your charm bracelet watch which I recently lost at work. All I've got in response to my emails are generated emails, stating thank you for my inquiry, someone will reach out to me and no one has. The inside of the outside pocket ripped so I tried to return it to Walmart, but because I didn't have the receipt, Walmart refused to take it back.
