I purchased a cars Toy from your Hamleys Thane store on 24th Sept. When my son opened the pack and was playing a unusal sound came like some of the part is loosely fitted which irritates him while playing. He is a big fan of cars and has many of such cars, but this time he is dissapointed. Further, while billing a new trainee attended us and didn't explain us anything about the Hamleys membership card or point accumulation. It was just because of another customer said to me about this I enquired, but I was told once the billing is done then nothing can be done. This complaint is just a feedback without any intention to return the product. But I'm really dissapointed with Hamleys.

I had purchased a battery operated puppy from Hamleys store at New Delhi Airport on 4th January, 2018 around 8-9 pm while checking out. But the piece turned out to be faulty and is not working from second day itself. I had bought Duracel batteries also from the store itself.
