The customer support number is always full and so the call drops. I need to see the order details of the person I purchased the handgun from. I cannot even see that. The order number is 148995. I called the gentlemen and its more like a young adult and he has no ratings. He almost sounds like he is trying to obtain the money order and not mail out the gun to my FFL. That said, you can imagine I am not sending out $300 to this young person when it is his first time using gunsamerica and is wanting me to send the money order first with out him providing me at least with a copy of an ID or his drivers license.
