I am client of FNB for the last 35 years. The courier company you use is useless (CCD Couriers). It took them two weeks to get the delivery correct. They make a commitment with time, but is ±5 hours ahead or late. We made the final arrangements for today between eight ad 10am, they were here 7:25am which was not bad. I went to Middelburg Branch to pick up new card as my card was swallowed by FNB ATM. I got there at 10h46 on Saturday 21 February 2015 only to find out that the bank is closed and even though there are renovations they do have a mobile bank on the side ( with sign OPEN 8h30 - 11h00 ) to SUPPOSEDLY HELP customers. To my dismay, I was told that they cannot help me AS THEY ARE CLOSED, i would have to come back next week. What do these people think, we can take off any time of week just to sort out issues from their sides. Sum people can only run errands on weekends as that is the only time available,, but still get turned down. Pathetic and terrible service .

I keyed in the wrong OTP pin twice (used previous SMS OTP pin) and got locked out. I do know my passwords, but it is asking me to reset my password and asking for my card nr and card pin near to reset password. I was told your bank will never ask for your card pin nr online. Kindly advise if it safe to supply my pin online. I also phoned online banking, but the voice say you will be charged an amount should you go through to an operator.

On the 13 October 2014 I was given a settlement figure of RS 3688. 47 for my Vodocom credit card, which i promptly paid. I then requested a paid up letter explaining the urgency as my debt Councillor requested it. One of the lady who tried to assist was Delene. Hundreds of call later, i have still not received it. I was promised again that i will receive it by 9:30 today. Nothing is received by 1:00 pm. Spoke to Verona at complaints after 20 minutes cut offredialed and spoke to desire. She put me thru to Mamogadi, who told me that i must wait, the letter is requested today only, that means all my request for Vodocom put up letter was not noted. Gross Inefficiency is all i can say. I am at my wits end. Mamogadi said that she will request it and send to me, when she receives it. Please someone sort this mess out and give me my letter. Fnb is quick to send out letters, if i had defaulted.

To my surprise the amount was debited twice, than I went to Fnb at umkhomazi to try and reverse one installment.
