Mr. Devon On Phone To Exclucity Montreal Service
I ordered two items from exclucity, they split the shipment for some reason, I called to get a refund on the item not shipped, the exclucity representive said it will be processed in 1-2 business days, it has been nine DAYS still no refund, all I get is a different excuse everyday, they do not respond to me emails, I'm lucky if someone answers when I cal, worst shopping experience ever I would not recommend any8ne to shop with them .
