Phone 18683820203. Yesterday I tried to place a call to Barbados. The call did not go through and I received a voice message saying my plan did not allow me to place a call to that destination. My plan (Freedom 225)allows "150 minutes of talk to anywhere". I called *100 to speak with an operator in order to get help in placing my call to Barbados. After going through your inane voice menu a few times I eventually got through to a human female, who sounded customer un-friendly, and after I related my situation she hung up without attempting to offer a solution. Am I getting not so subtle message to close my account? Or is there some other reason for your poor service? I was able to complete my call to Barbados on a Bmobile phone.

Good night. I applied for digital internet service on June 11th 2018. Paid the installation fee and signed up with Adisa Bekoe. He assured that connection would be done within a week. To date no one has contacted me (26/6/2018). I called the 500 number multiple times and spoke with Dalia, Savion, Rosella and Shenisa. I also called Mr. Bekoe and no one seems to care. My problem started about six months ago, where anytime I top up my prepaid phone, my credit is eaten up without me using my phone. I do not have a data plan. I do not need. All data options is turn off on my phone. I call and complained and it stops. )that's after paying you money For nothing). Had no problem for about the past three months. Now today 10/27/2017. I top up my phone at 7:52 Am and at 10:Am someone called me and in less tha two minutes my credit ran out. Can't get in touch with your customer care, (probably designed that way). Its happened before. So maybe I become an activist and initiate a class action suit, because their is so many complaints about your service. It's due. I 'll pursue this As I have been ripped off to many times. I'll post my stories on social media, newspapers and whichever media that deals in the carribean.

Every time I top up my phone (868) 290 1102, and I try making a call, I am getting a message that I am out of credit although it is the first call I am making after the top-up. This is the third time this has happened where on each occasion I topped up $20. Last week I tried getting in contact with customer care and I became frustrated after holding for about 1/2 an hour without being addressed. Now I am unable to access customer care by dialing 100 on my phone - it is cutting off. I need to be reimbursed the $60 that I would have topped up without being able to use the phone and this problem must be rectified as soon as possible. This is such an inconvenience. I am very disappointed in the service. My digicel phone was lost on my street. A neighbour found it. I subsequently called digicel to have the number blocked, this was done or so I thought. I went into digicel Trincity branch to get a SIM card with the same number. Lo and behold my neighbour continues to make calls from the number. I went into digicel in Trincity they assured me it would be dealt with. Low and behold my neighbour is still using my number which I thought was blocked to call other neighbours. How can this be possible, two people having the same cell number. I called customer care. They say they cant help me, I have to return to where I bought the SIM card.

My cell contact is 389-0789 and I had a special offer with you, it ended i think last week and i got a call from a rep at the time i was in a meeting and said i wil call back and since then to now i have been either calling your 100 or your 399-9999 numbers till this morning

Now only to get my bill balance and to be told its $350, Welll i did not choose that plan i gave no one the authourity to choose that plan

I will like a rep to call me as soon as possible as i do not want that plan

And that bill wil have to be reversed as i did not choose such a high plan

1. Digicel raised my post paid plan from less than $100 to $225 wich less data. So I am effectively expected to pay more for less. 2. Getting on to speak to someone at 399-9999 is now impossible as it you are requested to enter a which the machine then tells you is not registered or is not a prepaid. So if I want to talk a post paid rep what do I have to do?
3. Phones are not reasonable there aren't any deals. Bottom line your phones are too expensive. 4. The dealers are of little help in the case of a real problem. 5. I wrote customer service and after 12 days still had not gotten any response. Digicel is relying on their rates for phone calls and really not caring about providing reasonable phones or easy access to CS.

I am in the US and unable to use my cell phone. I have a $99. 00 data plan, a $99. 00 roaming plan and my bill was also paid with some excess, but guess what, I am unable to use my phone to even make a normal cell phone call all I am getting a busy signal plus I can only use data at the house. I tried calling Customer Service (1-855-239-6867 number sent to me by text when I landed in the US) no luck only getting message "Your call is important to us etc. " held on for over an hour on more than one occasion on various days. My gut tells me that the DIGICEL Customer Service line is not working. I am also getting a message on my phone that says "Your have lost data connectivity because you left your home network with data". Can someone please tell me what to do to fix this problem. about DIGICEL in the way in which DIGICEL moves into communities such as Seavtew
Gardens in Carenage with its promotions caravan and roving fete with music nonstop from 11am to 7pm in close proximity to nearby residences. This lasts five days in total disregard for people's health and their rights to the peaceful
enjoyment of their property. Eight hours of nonstop unbearable loud music resulting in the Police having to be called in many times and disregarded.
