I cannot get through because of huge wait times to talk to anyone, you have stopped sending me demands for more money or i will lose my account that is good, but i still have to go through all this crap to get my email, each time i open my email account i have to go to settings, select the one with my email address delete the old password and put in my new one, this has been going on for months, if i could use another server i would, after all these years of using you i had hoped for some better service, but like so many other things i guess that is in the past.

My name is Wayne Glancy (unit at 1155 Water) and I had my mothers TV disconnected in May 2018. I told the service desk that I would take the box and remote to my home for pick up at 258 Middlfield Road. I was told that someone would call me at 705-536-0806 before coming. I have not received a call for pickup, but yet I have been charged. Please advise a time and date for pickup and remove the extra charge from my bill.

I’ve been having problems since June 9th getting phone messages of my system. I was told 24 to 48 hours to correct , then 4 working days still no success!! I spoke to an Ali employee 2266, he told me to press pound key 22 to access this system and was very rude and demeaning . I don’t appreciate the way he spoke to me and would hope you wouldn’t like the way he treats your customer. I tried the pound 22 after he hung up on me and surprise it does not work either. Please get my system working so I can get my voice mails , you have received my money in full which isn’t right since I’m paying for something which I don’t have . I hope there can be a reduction in my next payment as I have been a good customer for many years. Thanks for your help in this matter .

Called Cogeco at 2:50 p. M. Now 4:20 p. M. Still holding. No problem taking 275. Oo monthly payment, but have to wait all this time to talk to someone. When you do they transfer you again been transferred three times and still holding. Worst customer service ever. I attempted to contact Cogeco to make some changes to my account. I understand that this is a busy time and expected delays, but my experience was terrible. I waited a total of four times for 30 minutes each time. After the first person, I was transferred and waited another 30 minutes and was disconnected. I waited another 30 min and listened to an entire conversation with another client about dispatch. I called back and waited another 30 minutes and then was transferred to Loyalty department and waited another 30 minutes. I even tried to contact head office and none of the options (0 or 9) worked. My issue was resolved, but this service is inexcusable.

I have been on hold for over one hour and initially talked to Brian who transferred me to another line. I needed help for an internet modem hook up for 905 599 3314 /187 Queen street notl which has not worked for the last three months due to defective equipment and your monumental system change over screw up Previously you shut of the modem for six months due to the fact that I had a d-links router and only credit me for one month because you do not charge for the modem, , , , , , that's true, but you charge me for the service which you did not supply me, plus three visits to Burlington mall and another two hours wasted in line to find out come back again as you can see I have now waited 75 minutes just on this call alone with no contact to a representative.

I have been trying to speak with customer service for a week now. Last week it said they were upgrading and could not take calls. Now it just disconnects my call. I just spent ten minutes on the phone and you dropped my call. I am playing the six month game, my bill went back to $240 from $180. I am calling for the latest discount. A little more complicated this time. Bell installed fiberoptic on my street. They have offered to hook us up free and charge us $163 a month for the same service as I get from Cogeco. What can you do for me?.
