I was given a disconnection notice, and it gave me until March 5th. I called the company and told them when I was getting paid, and the customer service rep told me that after the 5th of March, I have ten days, and I should be fine. However, I called again and I was told, that If I paid half of the bill that my electricity would be reconnected again. However, I still do have any electricity. This is very unprofessional. I was told false information, and I still have no electricity. I am asthmatic, and I have filled out paperwork, so they are not to turn off my electricity under no circumstances. Your company lost my paperwork. This is very very unprofessional.

I have always received my bill from Cirro around the 20th of the month. This month I changed providers and have yet to receive my final bill from Cirro. I was wondering WHY? Maybe late, so you can charge a late charge. May I have an answer, very, very, very soon Cirro account
