On March one, 2018 I called your schereville and ordered two dinners for my wife and I. I picked up the two dinners and proceeded home. My wife got home at about 8pm. After getting relaxed we heated up our pasta dinners. The meals were terrible. I decided to throw out the dinners. I figured that I would call the store today to get replacements or a refund. I called the store to hopefully to a replacement or refund. I talked to someone named johnny who refused to give me his last name. He told me that I should have called last night. He was very unprofessional. Hopefully I can get some customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed in the lack of service that I received from this individual. Please contact me as soon as possible. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Please correct this injustice.

The gift card I purchased on 5/19/15 in the amount of $75. 00 was placed in a birthday card and mailed to my daughter who lives in FL. The card has not yet arrived, so I must assume it was either lost or stolen in the mail. I want to cancel the gift card so I can replace it with another and not have to make two payments on my credit card I have contacted the restaurant where the card was purchased that gave me an 800
