Bought an item from Beats BE-13 Bluetooth Stereo Speaker Portable Dock Pill Wireless Supports AUX MicroSD Card Call Answering Order ID 404-0395969-3004332: amazon it stopped working after few day and the same problem was reported by lot of other customers if you check reviews working tried contacting seller he deliberately delayed response so the item was out of warranty amazon has now asked me to contact you directly. Here is a copy of the e-mail that you sent to Demand Sales. I am not asking for refund i am asking for a better product that work s, it always worked erratically.

Hello, I ordered SoRoo Beatz Solo Wired Headphones and SoRoo Beatz Wired Headphones from www.Flipkart.com dispatched on 25th March, 2015. The package we received contained a box identical with the Beats by Dr Dre packaging of your products. This means that the website is selling products of a different company accompanied with your packaging. Also they are using the Beats Logo along with the make of the product almost same as Beats headphones. I would raise this issue in the company's service centre and the customer care department. I hope you would also look in the concerned issue. Thanks.

Actually there is problem in my beats studio headphones, where it is not getting charged properly and the audio is not working properly (i could hear sound only from one side) and the place where audio jack have be fitted has become loose and the pin is moving. I couldn't find an authorized service center where i can trust for giving these headphones and when contacted apple store people are saying that servicing didn't start yet. My warranty period completes before February, 2014.
