Hello, my credit card was incorrectly charged for an Avett Brothers concert. There are two charges on there, and the more expensive one must be removed, as those tickets were never delivered. The CC ends in 352. 80, and the account used to make the purchase was levivon@yahoo.com. I have been on hold now for almost an hour between the two phone numbers, with Flash seats and this line. I expect a full refund by tomorrow, July 2nd.

Hello, I tried to get tickets to a concert. It said their was a problem with my card. When I called the person said that I was banned for life. They offered no explanation as to why. I can gladly provide all the information needed to resolve this problem. I have tried to call to resolve the problem however, nobody seems be able to tell me what the problem is? I am VERY disappointed in the customer service that I am receiving with Axs. I spent $178. 00 on four tickets for Monster Jam in Kansas City for tonights, 2/5/16 event. I meant to purchase tickets for 2/6/16. I cannot receive a return phone call or e-mail. I did speak with someone at Sprint Center and told me that there are absolutely NO refunds or exchanges. This is completely unacceptable. This was a simple mistake and I realized it immediately. If this is not corrected, I will make sure no one in my family ever goes through this again. If nothing else, and it seems like no on cares anyway, you need to improve your customer service. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I have been in sales for 20 years and am not allowed to treat a customer like this. Very poor representation of your company.
