I've been using an Apogee One for about three years now for my external speakers. I use Digital Performer as my host sequencer on an iMac. I use 10. 8. 6. This morning, there are no lights on the Apogee when I boot up the computer and all audio is now coming through the Mac speakers. Do you have any suggestions?

I have been working with technical assistance for weeks to solve an issue with my Jam. I have been informed on three occassions by technical assistance that a new Jam cable was mailed to me, most recently including a live chat in which I was informed that the third cable would be mailed with a tracking number. I have no cable, no tracking number, and a Jam that does not work. I would like to return the product with a full refund. Please advise.

Sir/MadamDue to typo error for s/n and upc this complain is resubmitted. I purchased one MIC96k Pro last week from PA Shop in London Ontario Canada. I purchased it as a gift to my friend in India. The S/N is D7N186144924716 UPC "8 0567630123 5". I try to use and am finding that 15-20% of times the Lightning cable does not get right connection with my iPad Air. Which result in no sound capture from MiC 96K. I need to pull it out and insert back again to make it to work. But this is disappointing as it is not reliable and satisfactory. I think the supplied lightning cable is somewhat defective. I try to call you on phone, but even after 25 minutes wait I gave up. I am leaving for India this Friday and need microphone working perfectly. I would appreciate if anything can be done urgently soon.
