Mr. Dean Rogers On Phone To Amerigas Contact Service
I had called last week for a delivery and said the tank was empty. They said it would be scheduled in the next ten days. Without prior notice, Amerigas made the delivery yesterday 2/5 (thought they were going to give me a heads up because they needed me there because the tank was empty). Filled, but because tank was empty, needed me to be present to let him in. Form said he called, but no answer. My phone history shown no call from Amerigas that day. Checked with Wooster Amerigas,, they have my phone number correctly. Either your guy didn't try calling like he said, or he dialed incorrectly. Scheduled for next Thursday morning. Please communicate better. Give me a heads up when it is scheduled so I know what day am or pm you are coming, then call me at the correct number. Thanks.

Our propane tank is leased through Amerigas. We have been trying for three weeks to get the tank filled. Called the local office and they do not answer the phone. Left voicemail messages no response. Went to the office on Hwy six Alvin, TX. A message on the locked door said they were out of propane. They are not manning the office. They would be back at 3:30 that day. Called after 3:30 and no answer. Called the emergency number and talked to a service rep and they have no record of our calls. At 8:30AM this morning I called the local office and did get a person on the phone. I said I wanted him to authorize Allstar Propane here in Alvin to fill our tank. He said he did not know how to do it, but would call back. 8:52AM still waiting for the call back. I can not do business with a company that is closed, out of propane, will not answer the phone and basically has no communication with its customers.

I called to customer service. They were very helpful and gave me the name and number of a higher up manager, so that I could resolve my issue.
