Bill Cochran Jr. Is upset because I expect real effort when paying 625 a month for auto insurance. I speak plainly on purpose to communicate what I want and expect the same from others. Bill said he was processing a payment March 9th at noon of 600 dollars and did not do it. If my policy cancels his errors and omissions will be tested. He is trying to run me off because he does not want to service my policy. I also want back on the monthly pay plan to save money.

I canceled my carl insurance earlier in the month of June before the last day of coverage (June 15th) I did it on the phone with an agent by the name of Paul Cullen. I have since received a certified letter saying I have a balance due. This agent Cullen is one of the reasons I canceled the insurance to begin with (he's useless)
I owe Allstate nothing for my car insurance and want written acknowledgment stating that. Cullen knows I canceled because he has sent emails asking how he can get my business back. Instead of sending useless newsletters and surveys I suggest actually working for the customer. The policy number is 919059348

I tried to view and sign my proposed policy online, but was kicked off the registration process at the choice of mail versus email billing and now cannot sign the policy or view it either. what gives? homeowners policy.
