I mistakenly made a reservation for 11-19 through 11-23 2018. It should have been for one week earlier. I need to change it and cannot talk to a live person. I tried to change it on line, but ended up cancelling the reservation (again by mistake) only to find out that Agoda would not refund anything. All I want to do is make the reservation for one week earlier. I have now been on hold for about 15 minutes in an attempt to speak with an Agoda representative. Could someone please contact me.
