I am writing on behalf of Mrs Avinash Jaswal R/o 85, Shanti vihar Maqsudan Jalandhar. Contact number 0181 2672844. She is 81 years old lady lives alone in her house at above given address. She purchased microtec inverter on 1st November 2014. From more then one month the inverter is troubling her. She several times complained to tool free number Of your company, but nobody is hearing to her complaint. I humbly request on her behalf as an old lady and lives alone kindly provide her service at the earliest. Othewise she was thinking of putting letter in consumer form.
