I was shocked to receive an sms from BPI Credit card informing me of my rewards for my transaction with McAfee. I checked with BPI to find out why I have a transaction with McAfee. I found out that you have billing for me in the amount more than P4,000.00. I did not know about this transaction and I never authorized McAfee of this transaction? I am using a different and cheaper internet security and do not intend to continue my subscription... It is illegal to use my records with you and consumate any transaction to my credit card without my authority..... Why did Mc Afee Philippines renewed my subcription and it with my BPI Credit Card without my knowledge and authority last Msy ten, 2017. I do not intend to renew my subcription. BILLING PROBLEM
I was billed last year June 25, 2012 $39.99. I was not able to install the product and ended up buying another anti-virus. Then this year, my wife's credit card reflected $79.99 and we were forced to pay again for your product that we do not even use. Kindly reimburse us both amounts roughly $120.
