I made a phone call and registered my complaint to to the Chennai central office landline complaint too. First of all i do not call it a complaint, it is a suggestion. There is no separate call is available for it. I used to get the BSNL landline and broadband bill during the third week of the following month and the last date of payment is two or three days in the end of the month. We salaried/pensioners find it very difficult to during this period. I request, if the date of the bill payment is extended to two or three days will be much helpful to us.
