Sir I have booked a saree parcel to Trichy on 27. 06. 2016 LR. No: CHE037513734 at wall tax road kpn booking office. The bundle was packed in front of me at saree shop and handed over to kpn. After taking delivery on 28. 06. 2016 I checked bundle quantities against bill I found that there was missing of four sarees in the bundle. The bundle was opened the at one corner. After taking sarees they have kept empty saree boxes in the bundle and have stitched with thread. This is the third incident happened to me in this booking office. When it happened last time in Nov 2015, I went myself to that office and complained, but there is no any response. I will be very thankful to kpn if they take strong action against such type of activities in future.
