Assurance Company of North

In 1967, the Continental National American Group or simply as CNA came into existence by the merger of National Fire Insurance Company and American Casualty Company. During 1968, the company acquired the Manhattan Fund from Gerald Tsai and paid 27 million dollar. In 1999,
Allstate purchased personal insurance division of CNA.
