Hi,

I applied for broadband connection day before yesterday (12-Jan-2016), the landline connection got through on the same day itself around 2. 00 pm however the whole day I didn't receive any broadband connection. Next day (13-Jan-2016) after reporting that issue in office only we got the broadband connection. It was working fine till evening 7. 00 pm (approx) after that it also went off.
