Called your service center regarding an unauthorized credit card charge. I do not have an account with Microsoft. I had a difficult time hearing your service representative due to a very cheap headpiece on her part. Please use higher grade equipment to speak on the phone. My reference number from the service representative is 133153840. I have contacted my credit card provider and they asked me to contact you direct and you are telling me to contact them in turn. I can see that I will be given the run around. My next step is to go public with Microsoft unauthorized transactions if I do not hear back.

I currently have several charges made to my People's Choice Credit card and I as the the owner of the credit card did not authorize them. The charges in question and transaction dates are as follows:
11/14/2014 - MFST*Xbox Live Mississauga CD-$33. 89
11/07/2014 - MFST*Xbox Live Mississauga CD-$33. 89
11/07/2014 - MFST*Xbox Live Mississauga CD-$56. 49
11/01/2014 - MFST*Xbox Live Mississauga CD-$16. 94
10/25/2014 - MFST*Xbox Live Mississauga CD-$16. 94
10/26/2014 - MFST*Xbox Live Mississauga CD-$16. 94
10/19/2014 - MFST*Xbox Live Mississauga CD-$ 7. 90
I did authorized two charges on the 10/18/2014 in the amount of $56. 49 and $33. 89. These authorized purchases were for the purchase of X BOX points, but were a one time only purchase and I did not see or agree to any reoccurring charges thereafter. I would to have to charges voided from my credit card account and will provide additional information once I am contacted. Please advise soonest on how this can be rectified.
