I had to have a dining room chair replaced because it broke, I had to bring the broken chair in and pick up a new one or pay a delivery fee. That's really sad. You pay good money for something and buy a warranty then have to bring in the broken chair and pickup a new one, plus put it together. The box was ripped and some of the screws were missing. I had to go to the hardware store and buy screws and washers plus an allan wrench to put the chair together. Customer service is awful these days and I will not buy any more furniture from Value City. I am sure the other three chairs will break too, they are so cheaply made.

I had new power reclining sofas delievered last Sat (Sep 8th). It was working for just one hour, then power reclining sofa (seat on left side) got stuck and could not move back. I called customer center right away (within two hour delievery) and said technician will call me in the afternoon (but never call). Now, I called customer service again this morning (Sep 10th). She told me the earlist schedule technician can come out is Sep 20th. This is way too long and not acceptable. First of all, how could brand new sofa malfunction in one hour? How could a simple service to dispatch a technician need to take that long 12 days?
This is certainly not the world class service you describe in your company website. Please come up a new schedule for sending out technician that live up your company value before customer loss confidence on you. Thanks
