Getting SO tired of getting emails from UPS saying my package has been delivered when it hasn't been. I live at 2970 Tapo Canyon Road 116-C in Simi Valley, CA 93063 and your email states a package was delivered here today (Sunday, Jan 9th) and it has NOT been delivered and there is no sign of it anywhere. It was from Swanson Health Products. Can you please explain. Where is the package? Do you still have it? Where did they put it if they claim it was delivered?.

We had a package coming from my home office in Kinston, Nc
It was sent out on 11/11/2021 it has not been delivered. We have paid for next air delivery and still have not received it yet. Its just saying its in Greensboro since 11/12/2021. This is very aggravating. This is an important package. It was going to 801 Greenhaven Drive Greensboro, NC 27406. We have received other packages through you all. But this one hasn't come yet. I have informed my Home Office. We just do not understand this. I spoke with one of the UPS employees that drop off here and they said the hadn't received it. They couldn't track it she told her supervisor. She came today and said she still hadn't heard anything about it. Our info is Greenhaven Health and Rehab Center

ON 7-5-18 I AM DISABLED, I CANNOT DRIVE/WALK. I LIVE DOWN A DEAD END ROAD THE LENGTH OF two FOOTBALL FIELD'S, YOU CANNOT SEE MY HOME NOR MY MAILBOX FROM EITHER DIRECTION. THE COUNTY CONSIDERS MY ROAD A PRIVATE DRIVE, THUS THE DISTANCE FROM HOME TO MAILBOX. ON THIS DAY, MY WITNESS and I NOTICED "2 EMPTY PLASTIC BAGS" TIED TO MY MAILBOX. RE'CD UPS EMAIL/DELIVERY. NO PACKAGES FOUND. I LOOKED AT EMAIL and IT SAID 'DRIVER RELEASED', I REALIZED THE two EMPTY PLASTIC BAGS ONCE CONTAINED MY UPS DELIVERY. THE MAILBOXES ARE four IN A ROW, NOT ONLY MINE. I TALKED TO two REPRO'S and WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE UP TO ME TO CONTACT THE SHIPPER and REQUEST THEY FILE A CLAIM. I just received a call and the caller named James Robinson with UPS stated that he was calling to let me know about a package from publishers clearning house that he needs to deliver. He mentioned me winning something, but I think this is a scam. The number he gave me was 876-410-7028. Is this a valid number with UPS?.

I am a drivers helper This will be my 12th year doing this. This is the first year that I've had to work out of a rental truck I suggest that you should have a portable shelf unit that can be installed without any modifications to the rental truck. We had 135 stops on a rental the other day and it was just a disaster trying to locate the packages, if there were three shelves up each side and three in the front I think it would save your company money. I believe that a proto type of the shelves could be made very easily for the U-Haul Truck. I know what I would do to build them.

I have a lot of UPS service to my home. The driver always left the package next to my door. I think i must have a new driver the packages are being left at the corner of my house by the street were it is visible to all. I would like the packages left by my door so they wont be stolen. It will be less than ten seconds additional time to leave the package by my door.

UPS poor customer service, Can't help you at all. I had a package shipped from Lousanna to Houston, Its shows delivered, It was not delivered to me. UPS rep said I had to call the UPS store in Lousanna to get information on my package. Very Poor Customer service no help at all Never use them again.

Hi,

I recently put a package to be shipped out in one of the UPS Access Locker Points. I got an email confirmation that it has been processed, but nothing since. That was on 9/18/2018. Tracking number is 1Z2EX9049097255542
I have never used that locker system before, so maybe I did something wrong if my package is still in there?
I used 344 Ruth Street North, Saint Paul, MN, 55119 Access Point Locker. If I did do something wrong, can I just go grab it out of that locker somehow?.

I was unable to set up a UPS My Choice account because my entire neighborhood -- the French Quarter of New Orleans - has been categorized as "commercial". The person helping me in your Billing dept said she could not make an exception for my address even though it is a residential address and the area of the Quarter that I live in is zoned by the City as "residential". There are over 3200 people living in the French Quarter and we are being unfairly disadvantaged because of your arbitrary and incorrect categorization At the same time you categorize the delivery being made as "residential" and give yourself until 8PM tonight to make the delivery.

Recently everything I order from Amazon that is shipped through your company is not delivered on the said date, and it is dropped at our local post office which in turn makes me use gas and time to pick up something your Company has the chance to deliver, but doesn't and takes easy way out.
