Dear Sir / Madam

I would like to make a complain that TNT Penang helped me to pay the duty on behalf of me. In fact, I paid to the supplier in RMB RM 600, not USD. They used the USD to calculate and finally charged me duty. It is unfair for me and make me loss and delay the delivery. I do hope that the relevant authority can help me to bear the loss because it is not my wrong. TNT should verify first before make payment to Custom regardless of the amount of the money purchase. It is fair to everyone. Thanks. Sincerely

We are expecting a shipment (Consignment NO 223574921) and from TNT tracker online, a status updated as "27 Jan 2016 13:25:00 Kuala Lumpur Awaiting Clearance Instructions From Receiver". So happily we waited for the email from your officer in charge so we could forward the necessary documents for clearance. It's 5. 30pm on 28 Jan 2016 and we are yet to receive any message from TNT Malaysia. Why?
FYI, I called your customer service at 5. 20pm, just wanted to let you know that WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY.

I am writing from Omya Malaysia, our account number is 077578. The parcel pickup for TNT Ipoh is very VERY bad. On the 20/11/2015, we made a call for pickup (ref 455580). The pickup time was given as Saturday, but by Monday (23/11), the parcels were still not picked up. Another call for new parcel pickup was placed on Mon (23/11, reference 455750) and by Tuesday (24/11), that parcel was NOT picked up and the parcels from FRIDAY was also NOT picked up. This is already the SECOND case from TNT. What is wrong with TNT ? Our customers are waiting for this parcels. And this is not the first case of late pick up. The request for pickup on 13/11 (ref 453410) was also late THREE days. Plus another pickup where they mixed up the waybills where the parcel to Australia went to Switzerland and the parcel for Switzerland went to Australia. Your service is getting from bad to worse and we are considering changing our courier service if this is the kind of service we get from TNT.

I have placed an order to be ship from Singapore to Kuching Malaysia on the three Oct. It supposed to reach my yard on seven Oct, but I haven’t received any notice. I had to call the branches one by one, to trace where the equipment is and how the process has progress. If I didn’t make any calls, I can only wait endlessly until someone finally calls. Finally, I manage to get to contact some personnel. Now they told me to wait until 15 Oct for the equipment to reach my yard. I am dissatisfied with the service I get from spending on an express shipment. I asked an email stating new delivery date, but I haven't received any email as promised. I am disappointed with your service. If this is the estimation, why should I pay this amount to get the express service? I could have paid for the nine days delivery method. I promised my contractor to ready the equipment on seven October. Due to your inefficiency, I lost said contractor’s contract. I hope I can get response from your company regarding this matter.

Booking reference: KU4 821898On 16Sep2015, Wed, 11:46AM, I have arranged a pick-up on 17Sep2015, Thu, 9am-2pm, from Sungai Petani Hospital to my office in Kuala Lumpur, Novotech. Nobody turn-up on that day even though I have made a call to customer service centre in the afternoon to make sure they collect the documents. On 18Sep2015, again, nobody turn-up to collect the urgent documents. And I have called three times to customer service centre on this day, TNT employees promised that the document will be collected before 4pm, but then again, nobody turn-up still. I made another call at 4. 30pm, customer service said he will arrange pick-up on Sunday, but never heard from him again after that. Very disappointed with your poor service.
